When we think of something as "Art" we tend to put that thing on a pedestal. Something that cant be understood by everyday people, only to be looked at by those who can truly understand and appreciate. As an aspiring artist and someone that wants to follow a career closely tied to the arts, I want to share my personal philosophy on how we understand art. This project is to help bring what we consider art back down from its pedestal and to show no matter how little you may know about the field, that art can be used and enjoyed by all manner of people and how art is meant not only to be gazed at but lived with and enjoyed.
